    ARMA Global is seeking a self-starter Senior Requirements Analyst/Tester that performs work in a small team capacity and can support a dynamic customer.   The Requirements Analyst/Tester will be responsible for capturing and documenting requirements and testing user stories. Interface with the Users, Working Groups, and Product Owners to identify and clarify detailed requirements for application development:

    • Meet with primary users to assist in development of requirements
    • Develops test plans
    • Perform code reviews and testing of user stories
    • Contributes to the strategy to resolve issues
    • Make recommendations on best practices
    • Collaborates with other team members

    BA/BS or equivalent


    • Six to eight years Software Testing/Requirements Analyst
    • Ability to manage multiple priority tasks simultaneously under tight timelines in stressful situations
    • Ability to work well with others from a diverse set of backgrounds and be a team leader or just as easily be a member of a team in support
    • Must be able to dilute complex problem sets into basic language that is easy to understand
    • Strong written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; strong use of Microsoft Office suite of tools
    • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
    • In-depth understanding of IT hardware systems and technologies
    • Skilled in gathering, researching, analyzing, documenting, and articulating user requirements
