  • Job Description

    This position supports the S-6, 2/13th Aviation Regiment at Fort Huachuca, AZ.


    Candidates must be able to provide IT systems administration support and assist with the administration of accounts, passwords, email; create monitoring reports and logs,; and ensure functionality of links 5 days per week/16 hours per day (8 hour shifts). Candidates must provide telephonic, email, and physical Help Desk support for government work stations/laptop, printers, software applications and programs. This section also monitors user accessibility and provides operational guidance and training on IT equipment including but not limited to PC’s, printers, monitors, phones - to include establishing back-ups, monitoring site security, and consulting with and advising network users. Candidates must aslo be able to coordinate with the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) on issues that require higher echelon IT support to resolve local work orders.




    Associates Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.


    Experience supporting network operations.


    Must be compliant with DoD 8570.1M.(Technical Levels I & II are required).


    Must have at least the following certifications: CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft MCTS: Microsoft Windows 10 Configuration
