Resolution and tracking of incidents. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computers and related equipment. Management of client workstation configuration including operating systems, COTS, GOTS and in-house applications. Performs intense troubleshooting and problem resolution for multiple locations and networks. Support both classified and unclassified networks. Modifies group membership, user profiles, utilizes SCCM and Active Directory to troubleshoot.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Associates Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
2 - 5 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.
