Job Description

ARMA Global is seeking a self-starter Signature Reduction (SIGREDUX) Analyst that performs work in a small team capacity and can support a dynamic customer responsible for the following: Supports all SIGREDUX/Identity Management (IdM) activities involving the planning and execution of operations by the customer by drafting and maintaining currency of SIGREDUX/IdM policy, reviewing SIGREDUX/IdM programs and/or Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs), or other regulatory documents to ensure the community complies with Department of Defense (DoD) policies and regulations. Drafts or assists Component Commands/units with drafting and promulgating SIGREDUX/IdM plans and a wide range of amending/supporting documents and determine operational validity. Conduct quality control and perform and disseminate due diligence procedures of SIGREDUX/IdM plans, requirements, related amending/supporting documents, policy directives/supporting documents, instructions, and other correspondence. Conduct monthly reviews of approved SIGREDUX plans to ensure they are compliant with guidance and regulations and are fully capable of providing the support contained in those plans to meet SOF operations. Researches unclassified and classified databases for use in written products and may serve as a client liaison, which coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts. Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience in addition to 5-8 years of related experience in in the SIGREDUX/IdM field. In lieu of bachelor’s degree, must have at least 10-12 years of supporting a DoD customer.

 

Graduate of the Basic Joint Operational Support Technicians Course and the Advanced Joint Operational Support Technicians Course (Preferred).

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant field
  • Identify and allocate SIGREDUX/IdM requirements and resources.
  • Analyze SIGREDUX/IdM Regulations and Policies.
  • Draft, coordinate and publish SIGREDUX/IdM Standing Operating Procedures/Desk Top Practices.
  • Prepare and brief Pre-Mission and Post-Mission findings on topics of interest.
  • Consolidate customer requirements in order to develop and deliver assessment briefs.
  • Search and investigate databases based on customer operational requirements.
  • Provide support for contingency operations, operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).
  • Provide subject matter expertise to assist in the development of conference and meeting agendas.
  • Operate all SIGREDUX/IdM automation systems.
  • Routinely operate a wide array of word processing, graphics, and database programs specific to client and SIGREDUX/IdM.
  • Be knowledgeable of current DoD laws, policies, guidance, and regulations applicable to SIGREDUX/IdM and apply that knowledge to the quality control review of documents.
  • Access technology development entities to assist in identifying emerging technologies that may have SIGREDUX/IdM program applications.

 

DESIRED SKILLS:

 

  • Conduct IdM activities and formalize mitigation due diligence strategies to support investigative findings.
  • Assist with periodic Command inspections of subordinate units led by Government Inspector General’s Office (IG) for SIGREDUX-related programs.
  • Assist with conducting training events, conferences, working groups, and organizational meetings to support mission planning objectives and directed tasks.

  • Be knowledgeable of current DoD laws, policies, guidance, and regulations applicable to SIGREDUX/IdM and apply that knowledge to the quality control review of documents.
  • Assist in determining operational validity and review of subordinate element SIGREDUX/IdM plans.
  • Ensure training is relevant to the operational and administrative needs of SIGREDUX/IdM, and reflects the current approved SIGREDUX Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.
