ARMA Global is looking for a Capture Manager with a proven track record of capture successes in the United States Special Operations Market Space. This key team member will help accelerate our capture and strategic marketing initiatives.
The Capture Manager will work with the Business Development and Solutions Development Teams to lead capture efforts on opportunities. Using proven capture best practices, the Capture Manager will oversee all activities on the opportunity until Proposal Development stage - and then will work closely with the Proposal Manager to ensure a winning proposal is submitted on a timely basis.
The Capture Manager will be focused on the customer’s needs and able to craft a compelling, strength-based technical and pricing solution while identifying and managing risk. This position requires the ability to plan, budget, and coordinate involvement of all required resources, including Technical Directors, Program Managers, Finance, Contracts, HR, Recruiting, etc. Candidates must demonstrate a successful record of assessing partners and negotiating team roles and responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or a business related discipline, professional training, or work/military experience.
