Provide leadership, coordinate and direct operations to deliver enterprise level IT services on DoD networks in order to meet established service level agreements (SLA) and customer satisfaction. Direct and synchronize the team member activities to include: the project manager; lead engineer; virtualization; storage; information assurance; system center configuration management; virtualization; remote desktop services; SharePoint; backups; Microsoft Exchange; and AD/DNS. Oversees and monitors incident management/related troubleshooting. Additionally assists in maintaining critical relationships with MAJCOM staff, component commands, a combatant command, IT managers and business systems analysts and business process owners.
