Job Description

ARMA Global is seeking a self-starter CRM Administrator that performs work in a small team capacity and can support a dynamic Special Operations customer responsible for the following: Serve as the technical expert for all matters pertaining to records management and the secure operation of the CRM/TRIM electronic records management application. The work requires sound knowledge of research methods and data analysis techniques. The scope of this work includes creating and managing end user accounts, inclusive of registering and troubleshooting user profiles to ensure login capability, impose access controls, verify credentials, and maintain controlled access to documents and content within the ERM application. Serve as the CRM/HP TRIM/Control Point systems administrator. Provide training to end users on the ERM system and on any additional procured software, and cataloging electronic documents into TRIM. Exporting archived document from HP TRIM to SharePoint when needed. Assist with the collection and preservation of official classified and unclassified records, electronic versions, relating to day-to-day and operational documents in a manner that meets governance and regulatory compliance requirements for records retention. Responding to and providing timely resolution of trouble tickets provide to them from the government of Tier III contract support representative. Ensure functionality of the ERM system and any additional procured software in conjunction with this project. Perform any upgrade and/or modification for both HP TRIM and Control Point, and provide electronic records analysis and support to customer in organizing and managing this massive digital collection for preservation purposes in order to meet legal obligations under the Federal Records Act and Privacy Act. TMT Responsibilities will include performing any upgrades and/or modifications to TMT. Support CRM/TMT modification, configuration and troubleshooting. Provide reach back support, including remote or telephone based support activities. Conduct classroom training and desk-side support when required (user and power user training). Serve as the government’s subject matter expert on all TMT related issues. Perform periodic system test by submitting test taskers, and manage the expectations of the customers of what CRM/TMT can and cannot do as it is currently configured and/or structured. Provide recommendations to improve existing applications and processes to ensure optimal performance. Maintain and support new and existing applications. Analyze functional and application technical design requirements to create and/or modify technical design documents. Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3 escalated tickets. Evaluate and establish coding standards and methodologies. Collaborate with the business and IT departments to define process and governances. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.



  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Competent to work at a high technical level on all phases of Internet programming
  • MCSA/MCTS required



  • Virtualization experience, including VMware ESX, Hyper-V, and Virtual Server
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Knowledgeable in .NET and HTML, SQL, C, VB, JavaScript or other languages as required
  • Good business communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Can effectively provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff
  • Must be able to use complex Internet programming tools and translate into attractive and effective user interfaces

8-10 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.
